409.457.7929 409.457.7929 Located in Santa Fe, Texas. Proudly servicing all of Galveston & Brazoria Counties About Us GWR Water Well Service began as GWR Windmills & Water Well Service in 2012. I began restoring and working on windmills as a hobby and as a second source of income for my family. I soon found out that when I needed a well drilled for a windmill, I always seemed to be at the bottom of every driller’s list, though none of them worked on windmills. I spent 23 years in the commercial roofing business and was becoming frustrated with the industry and was looking to do something else. Fast forward to September 2018. GWR had 2 full time employees servicing water wells and a drilling crew. I was juggling 70 men at the roofing company and running my own business. I knew I needed to hang on to doing both as long as I could. We had just landed an 18 well subdivision and I decided it was time to focus on my own business. The rest is history. Currently, GWR Water Well Service, LLC has 13 full time employees. We service more than 1300 wells per year and drill an average of 150 wells per year. If I had learned anything from my years in the roofing business that I could pass on to the well business, it would be to surround yourself with the best employees and it will make your job easier. We are large enough to service you but small enough to care.
